From east or west of Clinton:
Those arriving by car from the New York City area, New England or points west of Clinton can best reach Kirkland House via the New York State Thruway (Interstate 90). After leaving the Thruway at Westmoreland (Exit 32), turn right after the toll booth, and then turn left onto State Route 233 south. At the second traffic light, turn left onto State Route 5 east. Turn right at the first traffic light onto Kirkland Avenue. Drive approximately one mile, turn left onto Old Kirkland Avenue. We are the second house on the left.

From Eastern Pennsylvania, southern New Jersey or other points south:
Follow Interstate 81 through Binghamton, New York, to New York State Route 12, exit 6 off I- 81. Follow Route 12 north for approximately 50 miles through the village of Sherburne and turn right, continuing on Route 12 north toward Utica. Follow Route 12 north into the village of Waterville, turn left onto Route 315. When you reach Deansboro, turn right onto Route 12B north and follow all the way to the stoplight at College Street (Route 412) in Clinton. Turn left at the light, then take your first right onto Chenango Avenue. Take Chenango Avenue to the end, turn left onto Kirkland Avenue. Proceed about 3/4 of a mile and turn right onto Old Kirkland Avenue. We are the 4th house on the right.
